I have lived in one of her properties for 4 years now. I have nothing less than admirable things to say about Sheri B. The hot water heater broke a couple of days ago and she had someone here the next day, installing a brand new, top quality one at that! I have fixed a few things myself on the property and she has not hesitated to reduce my rent in payment. She has not gouged me on rental increases either. I have nothing to say but absolutely great things about Sheri B and her business practices!
